Verena Morscher advises domestic and foreign corporate clients in all corporate and commercial matters, in particular company law, compliance and corporate governance. She also advises and represents individuals and legal entities in various areas of contract law, including the drafting, negotiating and enforcement of contracts. Furthermore she represents both legal entities and individuals before Swiss courts in general civil litigation and bankruptcy and debt collection proceedings. Verena Morscher is a member of the practice groups “Corporate and M&A” as well as “Litigation & Arbitration”.
